Bring new miners to Hype Network: paid campaigns, Google Play, referrals and every channel that pays back.
A global marketing push across 50+ countries is on our roadmap. You'll run the paid side of it, and make Google Play and our referral program work as hard as our ads.
What you'll do
- Plan and run app install campaigns (Google App campaigns, Meta, Telegram Ads and others).
- Improve our Google Play listing: keywords, screenshots and tests.
- Grow the referral program with product and community.
- Track installs, cost per user, retention and value by channel and country, and move budget to what works.
What you bring
- Four years or more in mobile growth or user acquisition, with budgets you managed.
- App store optimisation, attribution and the Play Console's reports.
- You decide from data and can show the results of your campaigns.
Nice to have
- Growth for a crypto or fintech app.
- Experience in emerging markets.
Pay and terms
A base salary of USD 110k – 150k a year, paid in USD, plus equity in Hype Network. Where you land in the range depends on your experience. The role is full-time and fully remote: work from anywhere on Earth.
