Mining

My session stopped mining

It is full. A session mines up to 50 HYPED and then waits for you. Claim it: your HYPED goes to your balance and the next session starts at once.

No new session started after I claimed

Four sessions count per UTC day. After you claim the fourth, the next one starts by itself at midnight UTC.

I can't claim yet

You can claim once the session is full, or once its 6 hours are up with something mined. Until then, it keeps mining, even with the app closed.

My speed went down

Your team bonus counts only friends who are mining right now, and lucky box speed lasts 24 hours from opening. When a friend's session or a box's speed ends, your rate goes back down.

Boosts

I can't start a boost

A boost starts while a session is mining and isn't full, with no other boost running. You can use up to 24 a day, and the next one is ready 15 minutes after the last one ends.

Team

I can't enter an invite code

A code can be added within 48 hours of signing up. You can join one team, once, and not with your own code.

I didn't get the 100 HYPED invite reward

Daily code

The Telegram code doesn't work

Copy the 6 characters from our channel. Each code works until the next one drops at 12:00 UTC, and you can enter one a day. After 10 wrong tries in 10 minutes, wait a while before trying again. More in the daily code guide.

Withdrawals

I can't withdraw

• You need at least 10,000 HYPED, withdrawn in whole HYPED.
• One withdrawal at a time: wait for the current one to finish.
• The address must be a Polygon address: 0x and 40 characters, digits 0-9 and letters a-f. A mixed-case address must pass its checksum, so copy it from your wallet rather than typing it.

My withdrawal is pending

Every request is reviewed, then sent within 72 hours. While it is in review, its HYPED is set aside from your balance. A returned withdrawal puts its HYPED back in your balance.

I don't see HYPED in my wallet

Check that your wallet is on Polygon and that HYPED is added by its contract, 0xE1f0402104089e3663F86dfEcd9eEe057e462236. You can also check the withdrawal on Polygonscan.

I withdrew to the wrong network or address

Withdrawals only go to Polygon, and a sent withdrawal can't be reversed. Funds sent to another network or to the token's own contract can't be recovered. Always check your address in Profile before you confirm.

Notifications

I don't get notifications

Turn them on in Profile, in four groups: Mining, Daily rewards, Lucky boxes and While you're away. The app never notifies you between 22:00 and 08:00 on your phone's clock, sends four a day at most, 90 minutes apart, and none while the app is open.

Your account

New phone, or I reinstalled the app

Sign in with the same Google account. Your balance, team and mining are on your account, not your phone.

I can't sign in

Make sure you use the same Google account as before. Accounts disabled under our fair play rules can't sign in; if you think that's a mistake, email [email protected].

I deleted my account

Deleting an account can't be undone: the balance, team and invite code are gone for good. Signing in again with the same Google account starts a new, empty account.
